How does it work?

A technician will show up with a Pocket PC or laptop to record scale readings. Upon completion of the inspection, you will sign off on the completed work and an electronic certificate or service report will be generated. An email will be sent to you with a finished .pdf file containing the certificate or service report.

Why should I use it?

Besides the environmental impact of going green, Virtual PI allows you to track the performance of your fleet over the course of time. This allows you to make real-time decisions about your fleet before problems end up costing your more than the cost of a new scale. The system will also archive all your reports indefinitely so you can always have your certificates available for auditors.
