Fred Brechbuhler founded the Brechbuhler Scales company in Canton, Ohio in 1929. The Brechbuhler family still owns, operates and  remains actively involved in the company. Brechbuhler Scales has grown over the years, and it now has 16 branch locations throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Indiana. The company's corporate headquarters

still remains in Canton, OH. The company started B-TEK Scales in 1995 to manufacture industrial scales.  B-TEK offers an extensive line of motor truck scales spanning across all industry applications.
